Outstanding sound quality
Maxxima pays particular attention to sound quality. Whether for processing, signal routing or content storage, quality is the priority. We store our content linearly, without algorithmic compression to avoid any loss of sound information.
Energy-saving technology
100% of the energy Maxxima consumes in its main studio is generated by solar panels. Process virtualization enables us to drastically reduce energy consumption without losing flexibility and functionality. Even the audio control room (the heart of the radio station) is switched off when the studio is not live.
Music selection
We’re not here to replicate a playlist that a streaming platform algorithm might offer, nor to follow the top of various rankings. The programming is done by humans, and a lot of listening to everything that comes out in the infinite universe of electronic music.
